About School Kit

School Kit partners with educational institutions to provide complete school kits. We compile:

• Notebooks
• Stationery kits
• Educational supplies
• School-required materials

Parents select their School, Class, and required Kit, and we assemble and deliver everything directly to their doorstep.

Orders & Availability

Subject to Stock

All school orders are subject to product availability. Some items/books may become unavailable due to publisher distribution delays.

Substitutions & Delays

We may substitute equivalent book editions only after informing the customer. Order dispatches may be delayed during peak school admission seasons.

Pricing & Payments

INR Currency (₹)

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).

Price Changes

Prices may change without prior notice due to print cost revisions.

Taxes Added

Applicable taxes are displayed and added during checkout.

Prepaid Fulfillments

Payments must be completed before order processing (except COD).

Secure Gateways

All checkouts route through certified secure SSL payment gateways.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on location. School Kit aims to deliver school packages before your school session begins.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary. Customers should ensure someone is available at the address to receive the package.

School Information Disclaimer

School Kit compiles lists directly from participating schools. If a school updates its official syllabus or class booklist after your order is placed, we will make reasonable efforts to assist, but cannot guarantee free replacements unless the change happened due to packing mistakes on our part.

Intellectual Property

All platform content including the School Kit logo, UI layout, designs, images, product icons, text copy, and graphical artwork belongs exclusively to School Kit and may not be copied or reproduced without direct written permission.

Prohibited Activities

Misuse the website / software

Attempt unauthorized access

Upload viruses or malware

Copy/scrap website content

Commit payment frauds

Place fake or spam orders

Limitation of Liability

School Kit is not liable for publisher print delays, shipping transit delays, incorrect selections made by customers (wrong class/school), or any force majeure events beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled free of charge prior to dispatch. Once dispatched from our center, cancellation is not possible; however, eligible returns can be initiated post delivery.

Common answers regarding orders, pricing updates, and class issues.

Select your child's school, choose their respective class/grade, review the pre-loaded items (textbooks, notebooks, covers, stationery) pre-approved by the school administration, input delivery details, and pay securely online or choose Cash on Delivery.

Yes, item pricing is quoted in INR and may change from time to time due to publisher edits or print cost updates. However, the price you pay at checkout is locked and final for that order.

We source our list directly from participating schools. If a school revises their curriculum/list after you place your order, we will make reasonable efforts to supply the updated items, but cannot guarantee free replacements unless the error is on our end.

Yes, you can cancel your order at any time before it leaves our fulfillment facility. Once the package is marked as dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed; however, you may request a standard return upon delivery if eligible.

Please verify all select fields (school, class, and standard) before finalizing. If you realize an error after delivery, you can request an exchange subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and stock availability.

Once returned items are inspected at our center, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment source. For COD orders, we will request bank transfer details to process the refund.
